While my name may not be front and center on the application, it is on the account that was supposed to be charged for the processing of the application. So you may be under the impression your business was not with me, I was impacted by the mishandling of this. A little accountability can go a long way. Hopefully your business learns from this.

My property manager Leticia is the best! She is so professional and definitely cares that the rental process goes smoothly. She even went out of her way to mail me a misdirected package that ended up at my vacant property!! Mario was very helpful with my initial onboarding process ans made sure I clearly understood the agreement. Other staff that I dealt with were responsive and courteous. I recommend Bahia Property Management!

I have had a very good experience with Bahia Property from the first moment we spoke with Mario Bayley, who was very professional and willing to explain every detail. Everything he told us was fulfilled throughout the process. The same must be said of our property manager Leticia Murguey, who has been very professional and has provided excellent service. I recommend Bahia Property Management to anyone looking for someone to manage their rental property.

Let just say that Paola from billing and Eli from customer success were more than helpful. They were both amazing. We were having a tough time with tenants and they took care of everything. Always keeping us informed and trying to work out what best suited everyone. Gave us advice and guided us when we were stuck on the situation. They went above and beyond.

Great property management company! I have a couple properties managed by Bahia, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and the responsiveness. I've had very good experiences with everyone in the office as well as their maintenance department. I've worked closely with Sonia Perdomo as my property manager, and she has been fantastic! She responds quickly, thoroughly, and is just an excellent property manager.
